came here in 2006 after noticing the name
wondered if it was any conection with the city pub in manchester
turns out it was, as the friendly scottish barman made me aware - and it was a good decision to step inside
ended up watching loads of the world cup here
what a brilliant pub with quality atmosphere - would reccomend this place to anyone in Puerto Rico. One of the best pubs in Europa!
